UGCE is honored to be entrusted with the structural and MEP design packages, along with site supervision, for Konouz Mall, a rising commercial landmark in Alamein, Egypt, developed in partnership with Al-Rabat Industrial Investment.
From the ground up, our engineers are shaping a structural framework built for durability and long term performance, complemented by mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems designed to keep the mall running efficiently for years to come. Beyond the drawing board, our involvement extends onto the construction site itself, where our supervision team works closely with contractors to ensure the project stays true to its design intent at every stage.
