UGCE provide Professional Project Management and Construction Supervision services for the project(s), on a permanent and/or periodic basis, covering all the construction activities, including the following:
– Cost Estimates.
– Time Schedule for projects.
– Follow-up and Co-ordination between different parties involved in the project(s).
– Contract(s) Administration and Claims Settlement.
– Quality Control and handing over the project.
– Construction Supervision.
