PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
UGCE provide professional project management and construction supervision services for the project(s), on a permanent and/or periodic basis, covering the construction activities of the project(s), including the following:
– Cost Estimates.
– Time Schedule for projects.
– Follow-up and Co-ordination between different disciplines during construction.
– Final checking of all design sheets for different engineering disciplines.
– Quality control and handing over the project.
– Site supervision.
