FEASIBILITY STUDIES AND EVALUATION OF PROJECTS:
UGCE undertake projects’ evaluation and feasibility studies through the following criteria:
– Specify the Client’s requirements.
– Studying the advantages and disadvantages of the project.
– Estimating the budget with a calculation of expected expenses and revenues of the project since construction and over the project lifetime.
– Comparing with the alternative opportunities for the proposed.
– Issuance of authoritative report for the project feasibility.
– The studies and/or evaluation are performed for various projects types such as:
Real-estate projects.
Tourism projects.
Industrial projects.
Infrastructure projects.
