Romance Hotel, a prestigious establishment owned by Misr Travel Company, is uniquely positioned on the Mediterranean Sea coast in Alexandria. The project focused on a comprehensive renovation, including the reception, lobby, restaurant, and kitchen, as well as upgrading the main facade and retrofitting the existing building. UGCE was appointed as the Contractor’s Consultant, where we provided full site supervision, technical support, and quality control. Our role encompassed reviewing and preparing shop drawings, managing materials submittals, and ensuring the highest standards of architectural and electromechanical works. Entrusting us with this project allowed us to leverage our expertise to enhance the hotel’s functionality and aesthetic appeal while maintaining strict quality standards.
