At UGCE, we took great pride in being selected as the general consultant for the Q-North Recreational Resort, a development set in one of the North Coast’s most captivating locations. Nestled between vibrant landscapes and the stunning Mediterranean coastline, this project is designed to offer residents and visitors an unparalleled sense of serenity and luxury, where every element is in harmony with the breathtaking natural surroundings. Spanning 500,000 square meters, the resort seamlessly integrates 2-story villas, townhouses, 5-story residential buildings, lagoons, and a luxury hotel, all thoughtfully positioned to maximize the unrivaled sea views.
UGCE was entrusted with delivering the complete architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure design services, ensuring every detail aligned with the project’s vision. Our responsibilities also included preparing tender documents and supervision of construction, guaranteeing that the Q-North Recreational Resort stands as a testament to our commitment to creating exceptional spaces that resonate with a true sense of belonging and peace.
