Merseillia for Real Estate Investment awarded UGCE to be the General Consultant and site supervisor for the whole project. Marseillia Beach 1 resort is located in North Coast and consists of a luxurious 3-storey hotel and residential buildings in addition to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, landscape and infrastructure networks including electrical, water supply, irrigation and sewage networks over an area of 16,500 square meters.
