Luxor Mall and Hotel

A shopping mall and hotel building located in Luxor; one of the most important touristic cities in Egypt and the world. The project is constructed over an area of 400 square metres. It includes a basement commercial floor, 4 floors used as a shopping mall and 4 residential floors including 24 hotel apartments. Moreover, the building’s facedes is designed to be reflecting the ancient Egyptian culture. UGCE was awarded the contract being in charge of the project’s architectural, structural and electromechanical design.
