Green Mall

Matrouh is a highly recommended destination for tourists from different countries, in addition to egyptian citizens, yet, more facilities are required for a cozy life there. “Green Mall” is located at the entrance of Matrouh city, it offers a wide variety of services whether for tourists or citizens. Over an area of 64000 square metres, a 2- storey building is constructed including various shops to satisfy the needs of people there as well as a 4-storey hotel, Cafeteria and Mosque.
Green Towers for Real Estate and Touristic Investment awarded UGCE the contract as were
responsible for the project’s structural design and full site supervision.
