Situated on Qaitbay Castle Road, directly facing the Eastern Harbor Bay in Alexandria, the Alexandria University Staff Forum building has faced significant challenges due to its exposure to harsh coastal conditions and seawater. The building suffered severe structural damage. The project includes the rehabilitation and renovation of the architecture and interior design, retrofitting the existing superstructure, and adding an extra floor. UGCE was entrusted as the general consultant for this project, ensuring that every aspect of the building’s renewal was handled with precision and care. Our team’s expertise was essential in restoring the building’s structural strength and enhancing its functionality and durability against future environmental challenges.
