Orouba square is the first residential and commercial compound in Zagazig, Sharqia. It features 8 residential storeys, 4 commercial storeys including a hypermarket, a roof club, a two-storey underground car park, and an elevated car park for residential use. UGCE Consultants top engineering consulting firm was awarded the responsibility of complete architectural engineering services, structural, and MEP mechanical design, along with the preparation of tender documents and technical engineering consultancy and full construction supervision for the project
