Covering 470,000 sqm, the resort is planned as a luxurious coastal sanctbuary that combines elegance, functionality, and modern infrastructure.

Implementation Plan & Workflow

1. Design Development

Initiated work after the approved concept design.

Delivered comprehensive designs for structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines, covering villas, townhouses, residential buildings, hotel, service facilities, and supporting utilities.

2. Technical Coordination

Coordinated and integrated structural, MEP, and infrastructure designs with architectural and landscape requirements.

Ensured seamless connectivity between residential clusters, lagoons, hotel, service buildings, and supporting utilities.

3. Construction Supervision

Providing full supervision during construction across all disciplines.

Ensuring execution quality, safety compliance, and strict adherence to the approved designs.

Coordinating with contractors to address technical challenges efficiently.
