UGCE proudly served as the Geotechnical and Surveying Consultant for MOPCO’s ambitious terminal project in New Damietta. This development includes the construction of a state-of-the-art terminal equipped with storage and ship-loading facilities, designed to support the export of MOPCO’s products efficiently. Our role encompassed a comprehensive preliminary site survey, combining topographic and bathymetric studies with geotechnical investigations, both onshore and offshore. The survey spanned 200,000 square meters for topographic studies and 100,000 square meters for bathymetric analysis, providing critical data on site conditions, geotechnical stability, and foundation design. UGCE’s expertise ensured precise groundwork for this strategic project, enabling seamless future construction.
