Marseilia for Real Estate Investment appointed UGCE as the general consultant and site supervisor for the Marseilia Land resort project. Situated on the North Coast, this expansive development covers 220,000 square meters and features eight-storey residential buildings, a dynamic aqua park, a mosque, a landmark gate, and various service buildings. The resort also includes vibrant swimming pools, water features, and a comprehensive network of infrastructure networks. Our goal was to create a warm, inviting environment where visitors can relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation.
