This project leverages Ras El Hekma’s increasing prominence on the North Coast and its proximity to key landmarks and services. Designed to seamlessly merge luxury and comfort, the resort is poised to be an ideal destination for an exceptional summer vacation, offering residents a truly enjoyable experience. Spanning 560,000 square meters, the resort features 2-story villas, twin houses, 5-story residential buildings, pools, a luxury hotel, and essential service buildings, all set within expansive landscape and infrastructure networks.
