Being an engineering consultant for educational buildings requires creating safe, adaptable spaces that foster learning, incorporate highly advanced technology, and comfortably accommodate large groups. UGCE was chosen by Arab Contractors Company to provide full consultancy services for two key educational structures: Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of International Law Affairs and Business Administration.

Each of these 4-storey buildings spans 25,000 square meters. Our expertise covered full structural, architectural, and interior design, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure services. With our tailored approach, we ensured every element of this project met the specific needs of these institutions, enhancing both functionality and educational value.
