Green Towers for Real Estate and Touristic Investment awarded UGCE the contract for consultation engineering project management services, including structural engineering consultants and full site supervision, for the Green Towers project in Smouha, Alexandria. This significant development, with a built-up area of 18,300 square meters, comprises 21 towers. Each tower features 11 residential floors, totaling 840 apartments, along with two podium floors dedicated to retail and commercial spaces, and a basement for parking and utilities.
