Green Towers for Real Estate and Touristic Investment selected UGCE for the structural design and full site supervision of “Green Mall” at the entrance of Matrouh City, a highly recommended travel destination. Spanning 64,000 square meters, the project includes a two-story building with diverse retail spaces, a four-story hotel, a cafeteria, and a mosque, designed to enhance the area’s amenities for both tourists and residents. Being part of this project allowed us to apply our expertise in creating a vibrant and functional space that caters specifically to the needs of Matrouh’s growing community.
