Wady El Nil Contracting and Real Estate Investments Co. awarded UGCE the contract for the Al Beheira Fruit and Vegetable Stock Market. Covering 224,000 square meters, the market comprises 120 rooms for shops, galleries, and banks, along with 680 commercial agencies, 52 export stations, 120 refrigerated storage units, an industrial zone, general service areas, an administrative building, and a mosque. UGCE was responsible for the architectural and structural design, as well as the development of infrastructure networks, roads, landscaping, and utilities.
