CPC-Egypt for Industrial Development, a leading construction materials holding company, focuses on developing and managing industrial zones, building industrial and service facilities, worker housing, and marketing, selling, and managing factories. UGCE was entrusted by CPC to handle the structural design for their workshops in 6th of October Industrial City. Spanning 80,000 square meters, the project includes 56 steel structured workshops, each with a mezzanine floor, fences, electricity rooms, an underground tank, and security rooms.
