The Automobile and Touring Club of Egypt, centrally located in Alexandria with a stunning sea view, spans 3,000 square meters. Despite its prominent status, the club’s main building faced significant structural issues due to climate impacts and direct seawater exposure. UGCE was entrusted with the structural design for this project, focusing on the renovation and retrofitting of the existing buildings, including both foundations and superstructure. Our team’s commitment ensured that the club’s condition was restored, enhancing its resilience and extending its lifespan for continued use and enjoyment.
