UGCE was awarded by Alexandria National Refining & Petrochemicals Co. (ANRPC), one of the biggest refining companies in Egypt working under the umbrella of Egyptian general petroleum corporation (EGPC), to handle the structural design and shop drawings for a Laboratory Building in Al Max, Alexandria. The building includes a ground floor with laboratories, storage areas, and warehouses, along with a mezzanine and four additional floors.
