UGCE was appointed by the Egyptian Lawyers Syndicate the responsibility of renovation and extension of the Lawyers Club, located on Gleem Beach in Alexandria and spanning 6,500 square meters. The project includes a main building, a multi-purpose hall, a chalet building with 20 chalets, an open-air restaurant, swimming pools, a large courtyard, and a kids’ area. As the general consultant, UGCE provided full architectural, interior design, structural, MEP, and infrastructure design, in addition to preparing tender documents and offering comprehensive construction supervision.
