The Agricultural Occupations Syndicate plans to build a three-level beach club for its members in a prime Alexandria location. The 3,000-square-meter facility will include social activity halls, a restaurant, two wedding halls, a terrace with a swimming pool, and a gym. This multidisciplinary project also involves conducting an environmental impact study and designing a breakwater structure. The Syndicate has entrusted UGCE engineering consultants proficiency of the integrity and quality of the full structural sustainable landscape design, including structural, architectural, and MEP, allowing us to deliver a space that meets the best standards of functionality.
