The Agricultural Occupations Syndicate plans to build a three-level beach club for its members in a prime Alexandria location. The 3,000-square-meter facility will include social activity halls, a restaurant, two wedding halls, a terrace with a swimming pool, and a gym. This multidisciplinary project also involves conducting an environmental impact study and designing a breakwater structure.
