Partnering with ADNOC/Archirodon Constructions (overseas), UGCE played a pivotal role in this prestigious project. This project is Located in the emirate of Fujairah in the UAE, a major industrial and commercial hub in the gulf region. UGCE’s scope of work encompassed the full architectural, structural, and MEP design of the new control building, along with the preparation of calculation sheets. Additionally, we were responsible for developing material take-off (MTO) lists for all disciplines, ensuring that every detail of the project was meticulously planned and documented, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
