Ensuring the project met the specific needs of naval operations, UGCE takes pride in our partnership with the Egyptian Naval Forces on this nationally significant project, reflecting our commitment to supporting essential infrastructure. The project is an administrative complex building located at the Naval Base in Ras El Tin, Alexandria. The 4-storey facility encompasses a naval court, bank branch, international marine services company branch, and a navy exchange. UGCE was appointed as the general consultant, responsible for the complete architectural, interior design, structural, and MEP design, along with the preparation of tender documents.
