The project is an administrative complex building located at the Naval Base in Ras El Tin, Alexandria. The 4-storey facility encompasses a naval court, bank branch, international marine services company branch, and a navy exchange. UGCE was appointed as the general engineering project planning consultant, responsible for the complete architectural, interior design, structural analysis and design, and MEP mechanical design, along with the preparation of tender documents.
