Along Egypt’s North Coast, UGCE is bringing its full range of engineering expertise to Q-Mall, a commercial development undertaken in partnership with Q Developments. Our involvement spans the complete project package, architectural, structural, and MEP design, alongside infrastructure planning, giving us a hand in shaping every dimension of the mall’s design and functionality. Beyond the design phase, UGCE’s site supervision team remains actively present on site, working alongside contractors to ensure the project is built to the highest standards of quality and fidelity to its original vision.
