Marseilia for Real Estate Investment appointed UGCE as the general consultant and site supervisor for the Marseilia Beach 1 Bouquet resort. Located at the North Coast, this upscale development spans 16,500 square meters and features a luxurious three-storey hotel, residential buildings, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Our role involved the design and implementation of comprehensive landscape and infrastructure networks, including electrical systems, water supply, irrigation, and sewage. This project allowed us to maintain top-quality standards and deliver an outstanding development.
