AlMansour for Trading and Distribution Co., a leading dairy products company, sought to increase the productivity of their yogurt factory to meet growing market demand. With UGCE as the general consultant, this goal was achieved by rehabilitating and renovating an unused cheese storage building, transforming it into yogurt production facility. The facility includes a production line hall, raw material hall, sterilization room, CIP, incubator, fast cooling area, final product fridge, electromechanical utility rooms, loading platforms, and administrative offices. Strict hygienic standards and durability requirements were implemented throughout the project.
