Design Excellence

Located in Fujairah, a prominent industrial and commercial center in the Gulf, the ADNOC New Control Building project showcased an essential collaboration between UGCE, ADNOC, and Archirodon Constructions (Overseas). Our role included comprehensive architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for this industrial building. UGCE’s team was responsible for detailed calculation sheets and material take-off (MTO) lists for all disciplines, underscoring our dedication to precision and excellence at every stage. This level of planning and documentation highlights our commitment to delivering tailored industrial building engineering services that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
