Agricultural Occupations Syndicate Beach Club

Agricultural Occupations Syndicate intends to construct a three-level beach club for its members at a great location in Alexandria including social activity halls, a restaurant, two wedding halls, a terrace with swimming pool and a gym over an area of ​​3000 square meters. Moreover, the project involves multi disciplinary design that guarantees an enviromental impact study and design of breakwater structure.

UGCE was awarded to be the project’s General Consultant.
